“Weeping Willow” has a great location: the restaurant’s terrace offers a stunning view of the city. In addition, the distinctive feature of the institution – the unusual presentation of the familiar, even the local dishes such as okroshka on matsoni or adjapsandali.
The menu is truly exclusive: Black sea anchovies with tomato bread, chicken liver with fried oyster mushrooms, raspberries and young spinach, as well as watermelon with goat cheese and chorizo. On the multi-level grill robata, thanks to the individual baking mode, both Kalkan steaks and barabuli with potatoes are prepared in a rustic way.
At the same time, the restaurant offers simple, clear dishes that people usually prefer to order on vacation: Italian bruschetta, black sea RAPAN and mussels, homemade pasta and risotto, as well as an endless list of fish and seafood names, including, of course, local specialties like red mullet and turbot.
You should also try the tomato soup with seafood, crab with avocado, cherry tomatoes and lettuce, hummus with garden vegetables and flatbread, fettuccine with shrimp, seafood plateaus, mango khinkali.
The bar menu is quite large, varied and offers twenty-year-old Bolgheri, Brut Blanc de Blanc, Crimean Pinot Noir and many other drinks.
Visitors are offered a choice of 50 sparkling wines from all over the world: European and American wines, white and pink, classic champagne and fashionable biodynamics. You can even try the wine of a rare region — Luxembourg.
