One of the advantages of the new restaurant of pan-Asian cuisine “BAO” is the views of the Black sea coast from an open terrace. The restaurant is located on the seventh floor of the hotel and has a capacity of one hundred and fifty seats.
The restaurant’s menu is mainly devoted to Japanese and Chinese classics in a modern interpretation. There are a lot of fresh fish dishes — from scallop sashimi with truffle sauce to tuna tataki with tomato and mango salsa. All fish comes from Japan. The menu includes wolves, grilled robata, teppan, and even Peking duck.
And, of course, within the walls of the restaurant you can enjoy not only a well-thought-out wine list, but also the author’s cocktails.
