The two-level Bavarian-style restaurant offers a menu in the best traditions of German and Austrian cuisine, as well as a wide selection of renowned beers.
There are many more varieties of German sausages than beers: there are Thuringian sausages, Munich veal, and Bavarian “meat bread”.
We recommend trying dishes from the menu with Bavarian cuisine: onion soup with beer, fried pork neck with stewed cabbage, pretzel with spicy lard, fried apple rings.
As for beer, it is poured here of five sorts (light, dark, unfiltered). In addition, the bar card offers beer cocktails (Radler – beer with cola, Submarina – with a jagermeister, White bull – with an energetic), and a good selection of wines, dominated by France, Italy, Chile and Fanagoria.
The terrace adjoining the restaurant offers a magnificent view of the Caucasus Mountains and the mountain river Mzymta.
