Syndicate on Ordzhonikidze street is the first Steakhouse-style restaurant in Sochi, where guests can taste original cuisine and find a variety of meat delicacies in a retro atmosphere.
The interior of the restaurant is designed in the American style of the thirties. In the warmer months, there is a veranda where you can enjoy meat delicacy.
The menu is presented by Russian, American, European and Italian cuisine. The restaurant specializes in meat: excellent new Zealand lamb, Japanese Kobe, Canadian veal, American Black Angus. For steaks, meat delivered from the United States is used. It is brought not frozen, but chilled – this method of transportation allows you to save all the taste qualities of meat. And it is prepared in a special oven, available only in the “Syndicate”. The unique oven preserves the taste, aroma and useful properties of meat.
The Steakhouse menu also offers author’s cuisine. For starters – mushrooms in a sauce made from pink tomatoes, complemented by the aroma of the black truffle, or roasted pork, smoked on the grill. For the first course, choose a lamb consomme with dumplings or a signature borscht. Specialties include octopus carpaccio and marble beef tartare with arugula, chicken liver pate and stewed rabbit. It serves sun-dried pork chops in herbs, the capers and homemade ham. Experts will appreciate a plate with wild game, which is served with capercaillie salami, horse meat, dried partridge and moose.
You can always order a business lunch and Breakfast at the Steakhouse. There is a regular evening wine tasting, and a professional sommelier will help you to choose the best pair to any dish.
The bar list includes strong alcoholic beverages, a variety of wines, and cocktails.
The Syndicate restaurant didn’t forget about the sweet tooth also. They can treat themselves to various types of ice cream, sweets, jellies, tartlets, cakes and pastries.
