The institution is located in the tourist part of Sochi in a new residential complex next to the Winter Theater.
On the territory of the restaurant there is a music platform with powerful sound amplifiers and a modern acoustic system. Here you can listen to live music and even get to a chamber concert.
The restaurant specializes in meat and fish dishes. The chef uses only meat and spices from local farms, deliveries are almost every day.
In the menu you will see a lot of dishes of Caucasian cuisine in the author’s performance of the chef: caviar from Abkhazian tangerines, imitation ground olive powder for steaks, salads from peach and basturma. For conservative persons restaurant offers a variety of delicious kebabs, a huge selection of Black sea and Caspian fish and seafood.
The wine list includes a solid set of collectible wines from France and Italy, as well as an impressive selection of single malt whiskey (there are, for example, varieties that have a quota of delivery to Russia for a couple of dozen bottles per year).
